The process is simple! After some initial setup on both our customer’s side and our end, we are able to log in to the either eSupplierConnect or eDDL as a liaison of your plant and team. We check every window, provide screenshots of the ticket summary and scoreboard screens, and also answer any open tickets. Emails are sent a distribution list of your choosing with the screenshots included for the window, and a subject line that includes a brief update of what happened during the window.
